SSCIENCE CLUB APPLICATION FORM

1. Some weeks the children will be making things to keep and take home related to the subject for that     day.

2. Some weeks they will receive a present from us that also relates to the subject for that Particular day.

3.  I am a STEM ambassadors (promoting science/tech/engineering and maths) for young  children.  

4.  I aim to promote science in a fun way high lighting points in the National Curriculum.
